Arvid and Karen Frankenhoff have been working in the Food Service Industry since 1968. In 2009 it came to Arvid and Karen's attention that there was a need for gluten free products. Arvid was asked to research celiac disease, which requires the removal of all gluten products from the diet and develop some alternative product formulations. The celiac populace was searching for easy to prepare dry packaged gluten free mixes.
Arvid and Karen seek to fill the gluten-free food void with high-quality items along with their good tasting and healthful dry syrups, puddings and other products.
Karen is a majority owner in this Woman/Minority/Veteran owned business.
